This patch will update builds 359, 360, 361, 362, 363, and 375 to build 376. Adds Location Specific Credits and Team Fee enable/disable options for Hot Button Credits. Fixes issues with All Cricket and All X01 Handicapping, and with calls quiting before all nodes on the network have been collected if any node failed to respond. Be sure to do the following prior to running this patch.
Close DMW.
Run BackupRun and make backup of Dartman Data.
Shutdown BackupRun.
Put CD in drive that contains the last full installation of Dartman.
